Amax Agency (“Amax”, “we”) collects personal data when you fill in a form, contact us, or use our website:

Contact details you give us, such as name, email, phone number and company
Information about your business, website and marketing budget
Technical data such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare your audit or proposal
To deliver services under a contract with you
To send updates you have agreed to receive (you can unsubscribe at any time)
To understand how our website is used and improve it

Cookies and ad pixels

We use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to measure visits and to show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings and through the consent banner on our site.

We don’t sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email, CRM and analytics providers, under contracts that protect your data, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for the length of our contract and as required by law.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and trusted providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep risk low and will tell you if a breach affects you.
